A finance practice built by practitioners, not theorists.

Originally established in 2014 by Sandes KL Upadhy while he led senior finance functions across Manufacturing & Trading, FMCG, Import-Export, IT & MNC and Apparel businesses, the practice was reformed in November 2025 as SU Associates & Co — a full-time, multi-disciplinary financial advisory firm with dedicated consultants and a network of channel partners spanning automation, audit, banking and tax compliance & assessment. We exist to close the unavoidable gap between strategy taught in coaching rooms and systems actually built on the ground.
